By accessing or using the NYSOM Healthcare Intelligence Machine platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

NYSOM provides market intelligence reports derived from publicly available CMS NPPES Registry data. Reports are produced by automated systems and reviewed through quality gates before delivery.

3. Data Disclaimer

NYSOM does not provide medical advice, diagnose patients, recommend patient treatment, guarantee sales or financial returns, or represent inferred commercial signals as verified facts. NYSOM intelligence is derived from public CMS NPPES Registry data. This is not a substitute for legal, clinical, compliance, or investment advice.

4. Payment

All purchases require full payment before report production begins. Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD.

5. Intellectual Property

Reports delivered to customers are licensed for internal commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or publication of report contents is prohibited without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

NYSOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our intelligence products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant report.
