Before Production

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase, provided report production has not yet begun.

During Production

Once report production has begun, cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Partial credits may be issued at our discretion.

After Delivery

Due to the custom nature of our intelligence products, refunds after delivery are not guaranteed. Quality concerns will be reviewed, and we may offer supplemental analysis, credit toward future purchases, or partial refunds.
