Methodology & Data Pipeline

How NYSOM transforms raw public data into decision-ready market intelligence.

Data Ingestion

We ingest the full CMS NPPES (National Plan and Provider Enumeration System) dataset, comprising millions of active provider records. This public registry contains NPI numbers, taxonomy codes, practice addresses, and organizational affiliations for every registered healthcare provider in the United States.

Data Normalization & Entity Resolution

Raw NPPES data is normalized against standard taxonomy codes, geographic hierarchies, and organizational identifiers. Our entity resolution pipeline merges duplicate records, resolves name variations, and creates unified provider profiles.

Market Analysis & Scoring

Each market (specialty × region) is analyzed across 30 dimensions including provider concentration, practice setting distribution, referral network density, and competitive intensity. Opportunities are scored using a multi-factor model.

15-Agent Production Pipeline

Reports are produced by a 15-agent autonomous pipeline including data ingestion, analysis, report writing, quality critique, compliance review, and design agents. Each agent has specific quality gates.

Quality Gates

Every report must pass minimum confidence thresholds (0.70 score) across all sections. The Critic Agent reviews for accuracy, the Compliance Agent scans for PHI/PII, and the Chairman Briefing Agent flags exceptions.

Delivery & Outcome Tracking

Reports are delivered within 48-72 hours. Customers can track outcomes from intelligence delivery through pipeline creation, meeting scheduling, and revenue generation.
